Return policy
Because of the unique and fragile nature of stained glass, I only accept returns at your expense, in the original packaging and within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. I cannot be held responsible for damage to the product related to transport. No refund will be made in the event of breakage or damage to the returned item. No return or exchange will be accepted beyond the period provided by law.
I strongly advise you to read the descriptive information and consult all the photos before proceeding with the purchase. You can contact me by email if you wish to have additional information on a piece before making your purchase.

It is possible to to cancel a purchase for a full refund if you send me this request before the piece is shipped (typically 1-3 days after receipt of your payment). If the work has already been shipped, no cancellation will be possible.

Inspect your work upon receipt and contact me immediately if you notice a defect so that I can fix the problem as soon as possible.
Atelier Berenson cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, losses or thefts suffered during the delivery of your work.
Each piece shipped is insured with the delivery company for the purchase value. If you notice possible damage, refuse delivery and take pictures of the condition of the package in case you need to file an insurance claim.
